Rapid Response

We know that our students face a range of issues within a day that may prove to be barriers to our students' engagement and learning.

In order to provide flexible and highly skilled support where and when students need us, we offer a ‘Rapid Response 707’ service that runs throughout the school day.

There are always Engagement staff, skilled and specialising in pastoral care, on call to attend to the needs of students who are unable to engage at any time.

The Engagement team consists of PSLs (Pastoral Support Leads responsible for their own year group), learning mentors, ASC mentors, Heads of School (for Rotation, Classbased & 6th Form) and the Leadership team.
